Sophie Parsonnet, born in 2000, is an emerging multidisciplinary artist who grew up in Atlanta, Georgia. Sophie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Studio and Fine Arts while minoring in Creative Technology and Design at the University of Colorado Boulder, working primarily with multimedia arts, painting, and digital media. She uses the feelings of happiness and sadness in many of her pieces as she is an advocate for the ever-changing feelings many people who deal with mental health problems face. Sophie has interned with startup company, Popmenu, based out of Atlanta, GA, graphically designing restaurants’ social media platforms. In December of 2022, Sophie had her first exhibit at IRL Gallery in Denver, Colorado where she utilized the program of Augmented Reality. In 2023, she had her second showcase in Denver, Colorado where again, she utilized Augmented Reality. Sophie has also contributed over 300 hours of community service with the National Charity League around her hometown. In college, Sophie has been an active member of Chi Omega, Beta Chapter. Through Chi Omega, she volunteers her time to give back to the Make-A-Wish Foundation Colorado. After graduating from the University of Colorado
In Boulder, Sophie relocated back to Atlanta, Georgia where she is surrounded by her family and friends.
